Xueqi Li

Xueqi Li (李雪绮) is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of ECE at HKUST, supervised by Prof. Yuan Xie. She expects to receive her Ph.D. degree from the School of Integrated Circuits at Tsinghua University in 2026, under the supervision of Prof. Huaqiang Wu. She earned her B.S. degree from the Department of EE at Southeast University in 2021.

Her research focuses on Compute-in-Memory architectures and chips, domain-specific architectures, and hardware-software co-design. She has published papers in Nature Electronics, Science Advances, ISSCC, CICC, IEDM, and TED, and holds over 10 granted or pending patents. She is the Principal Investigator of the NSFC Basic Research Program for Doctoral Students. She received the CAST Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program for Doctoral Students, the National Scholarship, and the Best Paper Nomination at CICC 2026.
