Yi Xu

Yi Xu (徐一) is an undergraduate from Tsinghua University, EE Department, and an incoming Ph.D. student at HKUST. His research interests center on the design and optimization of AI infrastructure and specialized computer architectures for large language models (LLMs) and embodied AI. Specifically, his work explores hardware–software co-optimization for efficient LLM inference and training, and the development of domain-specific accelerators tailored to LLM serving and embodied intelligence workloads, aiming to enhance overall system efficiency and performance.
